Exploring Meditation Anchors: Points of Contact

In this meditation, we explore points of contact. Points of contact can be comprised of two main types of things, where your body meets something that is not your body. An example of this would be where your body meets the surface it’s resting on. The second common point of contact is where two parts of your body touches each other such as where your lips meet.
